This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which SmartHome Hub accepts returns, exchanges, and refund requests. By purchasing from SmartHome Hub, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Evidence of the issue must be provided within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items cannot be refunded unless proven to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refund or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Late requests may not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund.

5. Process for Requesting Refunds

To start a refund or exchange process, contact our support team by phone or email with your order number, pictures, and a short description of the issue.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received item was incorrect, defective, or damaged during delivery.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) within 7–10 business days.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

9. Exchange Option

Customers may choose to exchange eligible products instead of receiving a refund, subject to stock availability.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
